OutFIT means "Outdoor Fitness Training." This means no musty gyms, boring health clubs or hoity-toity fitness camps. Instead, you'll be part of a  community of healthy people. Whatever your shape, size and fitness level, here is the path to achieving your true health potential. You'll also have access to a group - exclusive to OutFIT -- of fitness experts, dieticians and massage therapists, each of whom can guide you toward achieving your most important health objectives.

In general, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive group of people, including someone who is in similar shape as you. (No matter what shape you are in now.) Each day and week get progressively more difficult, to help you progress through plateaus and reach new fitness levels.

Do you have what it takes to handle Extreme Week? Four times throughout the year, OutFIT Fitness gets Extreme and offers a 5-day program designed to test the limits of your current fitness routine.

Whether you are a current OutFIT member looking to push yourself into a new fitness level and stave off the dreaded “plateau” or a new member looking for a challenge, Extreme Week is perfect for you.

Guided by one of our coaches, you will participate in a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises over the 5-day period with a longer duration and intensity than our normal Boot Camp classes.
