THE DETAILS:

MONDAY - THE PRESIDIO TOUR
Meet at Inspiration Point. You'll see trails, hills and views you've never seen before. This will be a challenging and inspiring start to this Extreme Week!

TUESDAY - MUSCLE MANIA and “ABS”TRAVAGANZA
Meet at the Lyon Street Stairs (Lyon and VALLEJO) for a Circuit like you've never experienced. Bring your weights if you already have them, we'll have heavier weights to really push you to a new level of strength!

WEDNESDAY - BAKER BEACH BLOWOUT!
Be challenged by the sand stairs and some new beach drills. Meet at the first parking lot in Baker Beach just off Lincoln Ave in the Presidio (near Sea Clif).

THURSDAY - BODIES OF STEEL
Meet at Crissy Field's Picnic Area (West end) by the Warming Hut. We promise you won’t be able to lift your coffee to your mouth after this workout!

FRIDAY - HILL and STAIR Madness!
Climb to Coit tower! We’ll meet at Aquatic Park.

WHAT TO BRING (required!)

  • Lightweight gloves
  • Water
  • Towel or Mat
  • Friends
  • Guts (no whining allowed)

DIRECTIONS:

Baker Beach - From Lombard Street, take the last SF exit before the GG Bridge (be careful not to go over the bridge), take a right off the exit and another right onto Lincoln Blvd. Follow along the ocean until you see signs for Baker beach, turn right into baker beach and another right to go to the far parking lot (closest to the bridge)

Inspiration Point – Just inside the Presidio on the north side of the Arguello gate on Arguello Blvd. Beautiful overlook.

Aquatic Park - bay end of Van Ness below Ghirardelli

Warming Hut - At the far west end of Crissy Field. Park at the West Picnic Bluff.

Lyon Street Stairs – Meet at Lyon and Vallejo. You may park at Lyon and Broadway and walk down the stairs to Vallejo.
