Q: What inspired
you to start the OutFIT classes?
A: Get some upper
body strength and get in better
running condition.
Q: With so many other
choices, why did you choose OutFIT as
your exercise partner?
A: We saw Danielle
and a bunch of people running around
and having fun. We thought, this
looks like a fun group and we joined.
We don’t like indoor gyms,
so we were happy that we found
Danielle and OutFIT.
Q: What has kept you
coming back to OutFIT?
A: Staying in
shape, feeling good. Having instructors
like David, who is a true inspiration
to get you moving, to go the extra
step, who knows how to make you
dance with those damn weights!
Q: How has OutFIT
changed your life?
A: We are in much
better physical condition for sure.
Q: What advice would
you give someone that is thinking about
starting OutFIT
A: If you want
to get into good condition, be
around fun people and exercise
out in the open,
this is the place! |

Q: What inspired
you to start the OutFIT classes?
A: My friend is
an instructor. Prior to joining,
I would listen to him talk about
the program. It sounded like fun
and a great way to get in shape,
so I joined.
Q: With so many other
choices, why did you choose OutFIT as
your exercise partner?
A: To be honest,
prior to joining OutFIT I wasn’t
aware of the extent of the boot
camp craze. Since joining, I’ve
noticed a lot more groups in the
areas where we work out. I’m
biased toward OutFIT at this point –
I can’t imagine going to another
group.
Q: What has kept you
coming back to OutFIT?
A: I’ve
lost weight. I feel great. I’m
in good shape and can maintain
it. I would never work out at the
intensity level we do on my own.
Working out with a group is a lot
of fun and very motivating. I like
to work out in the morning. I LOVE
the instructors. Without them,
this wouldn’t be nearly as
fun or challenging and I probably
wouldn’t be as compelled
to keep coming back.
Q: How has OutFIT changed
your life?
A: I’m in
better shape than I’ve ever
been in my life. I feel great.
I’ve met some really great
people and learned some really
great areas of San Francisco that
I would never have found on my
own.
Q: What advice would
you give someone that is thinking about
starting OutFIT?
A: Do it NOW!
The hardest part is getting out
of bed – once you’re
there it’s fun. Even in the
rain. The burn goes away!
